MEET HUGH

Hi, Hello and welcome to Fit & Free. My name is Hugh and I am a qualified personal trainer working in Bexhill. I strongly believe that “Health is Wealth” and have developed a holistic approach to wellbeing including: a variety of training methods, good nutrition and stress reduction. I provide programs for weight loss, muscle gain and strength training which are bespoke to each client depending on their goals. My role as a PT is to inspire, encourage and educate my clients with interesting and varied programs that will keep you engaged and get results.
Weightlifting is the foundation of my own program but I also practise martial arts and love cycling in the countryside on the weekends.
I have recently published a book called Fit and Free for Life, detailing my own journey back to health from a very low point. I was so amazed at my own transformation that I wanted to share my story and let everyone know that change is possible if you're willing to work for it.
